A: Not quite. While you’d still have your license active with the state to legally collect referral fees, you could not actively practice or prospect for real estate.
Q: Can I easily leave and come back to the holding company?
A: Of course! There is no limit to how many times you can leave and come back to the holding company.
Q: Do I still need to complete my continuing education courses?
