A: Not quite. While you’d still have your license active with the state to legally collect referral fees, you could not actively practice or prospect for real estate.
Q: Can I easily leave and come back to the holding company?
A: Of course! There is no limit to how many times you can leave and come back to the holding company.
Q: Do I still need to complete my continuing education courses?

Q: Am I required to keep my license active with the state?
A: Yes, you still need to keep your license active with the state, which means you’ll need to renew it every three years through LARA. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us!
